So I have survived the first week over here and no real problems. People are just great and very friendly. They had a fund raiser last night and it was packed so it shows the support the organisation gets from the locals. I think I'm finally getting over the jet lag, thanks Matt! (Hint, always go the short way.)
Got to have a meeting with the Director of the project I'm working on yesterday and it was very rewarding. Barring the language I think we have mapped out a good plan to take it forward in the time I'm here. Now I have a shit load to do. But that will be good.
